I'm doing one now and not drinking water is weird! Not having coffee is hard! I heard it's like a system reset so I wanted to try it.
Supposedly instead of toxins being removed via the kidneys bowels and urine - your cells literally turn into mini incinerators and just burn the fark out of the toxins and obliterate them! This is very cool imo. I can use some deep cleansing! and they also say that 1 day dry fasting is same as 3 days fasting with just water. So it's aggressive!
Any experiences with this bittubers? LMK! I'll post my updates here if anything good or weird happens.
PS: That's not me in the pic.
Be sure to read my conclusion on this Dry Fast in the comments below!
UPDATE: the 2nd day after this fast I felt mentally and physically better than i had in YEARS. Amazing. Almost euphoric.... naturally.
UPDATE: Day after fast--- Body and mind feel great! Sharp! Replenished. Will i do this fast again? Definitely!
UPDATE END (continued): I've fasted MANY times before - but never without water. Usually it has only good results. But this dry fast is another level. I mean-- not only was I not AS thirsty as I'd imagine...but I feel pretty strong still in the end of Day 3. I'm more curious about this than ever now as I've heard that longer fasting can even cure the worst of cancers (even terminal ones!)
WOW! think about everything you hear in the fake media and fake science about dry fasts--they say - DON'T DO IT !!I But I just proved this was BULLSHIT. It's gotta be that there are in fact miraculous effect that can be wrought through dry-fasting... because they are lying about the stress it puts on our body.
UPDATE END OF FAST: Ok so this crazy-- I've gone 3 days with NOTHING to eat and NOTHING to drink. Not even a drop of water. How do I feel? Pretty good! Much better than day 2 where I was honestly struggling. Of course I have to put my conspiracy hat on for why on earth in hour 72 I'm not THAT thirsty (as I thought I would be). Here it is:
We are always told that if we go without water for 3 or more days we can die. From my REAL experience today this MUST NOT BE TRUE. In fact i'm shocked how relatively good I feel. What i think it is - the powers that shouldn't be (big pharma, big corps) know that dry fasting is essentially a miracle cure of sorts and they want to scare us away from it! Gotta be it
Update: I'm 2.5 hours away from completion. Last night I felt achy, and restless and uncomfortable. I was also weak and had headaches coming and going all day which were at the very top of my head. Caffeine headache? not sure. But today I woke up and I felt a lot better.... so I'm almost 3 days in now of nothing to eat or drink (even water) and I feel pretty good and feel like if I wanted to I could do this another couple days. Weird! I really expected to be MORE thirsty than I am - but I'm doing ok.
ok officially at the 48 hour mark and this is getting tough. i have what i think is caffeine headaches - i'm finally really starting to feel thirst.... it doesn't' feel good. I'm gonna press on though and make the 72hour goal. My wife wants me to quit. lol.
About 44 hours down. About to enter day 3. I thought i would be more thirsty than I am. Though, don't get me wrong, I could definitely use a drink! i drink a lot of water every day so it's surprising I'm not more thirsty. Energy level is low. I find that it's harder to concentrate on things on this dry fast. My attention span seems to get more easily exhausted. Need to lay down a lot. Have a slight headache but nothing too severe. Interesting that I heard @waykiwayki say on a video last night that it's better to enter fasts and cleansing entering into a New moon--- today is a New Moon..... I'm looking forward to this being over but it hasn't been terrible by any means.... i'm doing ok.
Fasting is amazing for you. Get ready for peaks and valleys of energy. Three-day dry fast is hardcore. Good luck!
