Video vom Jugendkreuzweg in der Pfarrei in Hollfeld. Wurde sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Kann jederzeit besichtigt werden da der Kreuzweg sehr grossräumig vor und neben der Stadtpfarrkirche Maria Himmelfahrt errichtet wurde. Auf diesem Wege nochmal ein herzliches Vergelt´s Gott an alle Mitwirkenden.

Butter Crab with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 kg crabs

3 tbsp butter

7 cloves garlic ( minced ) or more

3/4 cup Sprite

2 tbsp oyster sauce

Salt and pepper

Seasoning powder ( optional ) 

Procedure

- Melt butter in a pan

- Saute garlic until golden brown

- Add the crabs

- Stir until crabs color change to red-orange 

- Add the Sprite (soda)

- Bring to a boil over medium high heat..

- While simmering add salt, pepper, seasoning powder and oyster sauce

- Continue simmer until the liquid or sauce reduced completely.... until thick sauce left..

- Stir occasionally 

- About 10 - 15 minutes and it’s done.. Enjoy!
