Eggplant Pizza | A gluten-free alternative!

Here I'm showing you how to make some yummy eggplant pizza. It is a great little snack and you can put any toppings you want! #recipe #pizza

What you need:

eggplants (preferably bigger ones)

tomato sauce 

seasoning for the sauce (I used spicy sauce, thyme, salt but feel free to add anything to your liking)

lots of cheese 

toppings of your choice

olive oil

How to make it

1. Cut the eggplant to get pieces about the thickness of 2,5 cm/1 inch. If it is the bigger kind, let it rest in salty water for an hour, and dry it off afterwards.

2. Oil up both sides of the eggplant and put onto a baking tray with baking paper.

3. Prepare tomato sauce of your choice and spread evenly.

4. Add toppings and cheese. 

5. Bake 180 C/355 F for about 20 minutes or until the eggplants are soft. Enjoy!
