How To Break Your Fast After 14 Days Without Food | The Digestive System Post Water Fasting

Your stomach will shrink to a very small size during fasting so hunger won't be an issue. Your stomach will recuperate, regenerate and heal so you have to go slowly when you start eating again. In order to make life easier for your digestive system it is wise to have both a pre- and post-fasting plan. Breaking your fast after fasting is not quite as easy as just getting something inside your stomach. It should be planned. Your stomach has regenerated, recuperated, healed and rested during fasting, which means that I will need a little TLC to get it up and running properly again. Go slowly and gently after fasting. Continue to hydrate your body with pure fluoride and chemical free water. You can break your fast with a vegetable broth, eat natural organic and alkaline fruits, vegetables and also natural juices for the half of the time that you have fasted. I also recommend natural homemade green juices. The chlorophyll from which will further detox, heal and nourish your body. Fasting can be very powerful and healing if it is done properly 🙏🏽♥️
