Breaking your fast after fasting is not quite as easy as just getting something inside your stomach. It should be planned. Your stomach has regenerated, recuperated, healed and rested during fasting, which means that I will need a little TLC to get it up and running properly again. Go slowly and gently after fasting. Continue to hydrate your body with pure fluoride and chemical free water. You can break your fast with a vegetable broth, eat natural organic and alkaline fruits, vegetables and also natural juices for the half of the time that you have fasted. I also recommend natural homemade green juices. The chlorophyll from which will further detox, heal and nourish your body. Fasting can be very powerful and healing if it is done properly 🙏🏽♥️
