LINKEDIN SENIOR CONSULTANT EXPOSES SYSTEMIC CENSORING OF MINORITY VOICES IN VIOLATION OF COMMUNICATIONS DECENCY ACT

I have forwarded this case of LinkedIn acting as publishers and editors without providing facts and evidence to uphold LinkedIn's claims that videos of historical events and memories of life experience are now labeled "misinformation" to censor minority Hispanic voices in the run up to the 2020 Presidential election in clear violation of section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act (section 230(c)). 47 U.S.C. 230(c) to various news outlets around the globe.

Recently Project Veritas uncovered evidence that content moderators at Facebook are purposefully deleting, shadow banning and censoring accounts of members, in violation of section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act (section 230(c)). 47 U.S.C. 230(c) . The fact that LinkedIn Senior Consultant has failed to provide evidence to substantiate his "misinformation" claims indicates that employees at LinkedIn, appear to be doing the same, so please make sure to look into these violations at LinkedIn as well in your investigation of social media companies as per President Trump's Executive order and the evidence provided in this string of emails which indicate bias over facts and evidence on the part of LinkedIn including racism and discrimination regardless of what Chester claims in his unsubstantiated response.

I will be producing a video using this email string to let the world know that you have been made aware of this situation and to warn the LinkedIn community that LinkedIn is acting as a publisher in violation of section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act (section 230(c)). 47 U.S.C. 230(c).
