How to make caramel-filled chocolate | Recipe for homemade caramel sauce 🍫

I was scared to try caramel but finally, I figured it out and it seems as easy as… Dunno something easy. But the caramel sauce alone would be boring so here is the caramel filled chocolate! #recipe #caramel


160 gr sugar | 3/4 cup

80 ml heavy cream |1/3 cup

70gr butter |1/3 cup

chocolate of your choice

some kind of mold

*How to make it*

1. Melt the sugar. 

2. Once the sugar is melted turn the stove off and add the butter. Stir it this until it is almost totally incorporated. 

3. Add the heavy cream into it and turn the stove on medium heat. 

4. Continue stirring until the caramel chunk melts completely. If you want to have a darker caramel (be careful not to burn it though) cook this a bit longer. 

5. Turn the stove off and let the sauce cool off.

6. Melt the chocolate on a double boiler and prepare the mold. Let it set.

7. Pour cooled off caramel sauce into the chocolate shell. Let it set even more.

8. Seal chocolate with a layer of melted chocolate and let it set again. 

9. Enjoy


* The caramel sauce is amazing with milk desserts or with coffee or anything else you fancy. 

* I used dark chocolate here but of course you can use milk or even white chocolate.
