one of the other things you can do to set goals: take some
downtime -about 10- 15minutesether first thing in the morning or just
before going to bed and jot down the list for the next day. write it in your
daily planner, just so you have it with you at all times. can also task into
hours around pre-set appointments? list what most important first.
if you"re an early bed or night qure it out when you are the most
productive and with it.
