Weekly Reading in Hebrew

I teach Hebrew on Steemit and do my lessons cover the letters, meanings, and pronunciation here on the bittubers platform.

#hebrew #howto

Welcome to my Hebrew reading & language series.

Genesis 14:20-24

Chapter fourteen comes to an end today as the war is over and Abram gets his nephew back. He then gives a tenth of everything to the king of Salem.

There is much mystery as to who this person is and why he receives animals and possessions from Abram. At they same time, Abram will not take anything from anyone because he does not want word getting around that his riches were the work of someone else.

I hope you have been able to follow along with me and read. If you studied the letters with me, it should be no problem. Feel free to comment.

Info on each letter starting at the beginning

If you are just starting, my lessons are all here starting at Alef, adding vowels (the dots and lines) as we go. I explain the meaning of each letter and its numerical value. Just go to my blog and scroll to the bottom or click here
