By default, we all want to be right. But being right may not necessarily be beneficial for you. Wanting to be right at all times means you are highly judgmental of yourself and others. Aspire for truth, and the feeling of always wanting to be right will fade away.

And you have a window of approximately five days after coming into contact with the virus before experiencing any severe manifestation of Covid-19. We believe that prevention is better than the cure. While it is highly likely that all of us will come in contact with the virus at some point or the other, we can prevent or lessen the symptoms and injury of Covid-19 by staying in touch with what is happening within us. Do a facial steam before going to bed. If there is a slight discomfort in your chest, use a hot pad to apply heat to your chest. And please do...take your supplements (Vitamins C, D, E, A and Zinc) Exercise (get lots of fresh air your body needs it) and eat healthy...especially your green vegetables.
