Genesis 20:14-18

There comes a time in every scuffle when the men make peace.

The argument is done, and Abimelech would like to be out of danger. He gives livestock and servants to Abraham, returns Sarah to him and offers him land to live there.

He tells Sara, "Look, I have given a thousand pieces of silver to your brother, a sign of your innocence in front of everyone."

With that, Abraham prayed to God, and God healed Abimelech. The man would have died and all of females in the land would have died childless, but God healed them all that day.

The story continues next week with a new chapter and new baby boy on the way...

Thank you for visiting! Read with me as we unfold the story of Abimelech. The Hebrew film has skipped this entire chapter so it is just me this week.
