In this video we will briefly go over the benefits of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) / Lactobacillus, and how easy it is to prepare it at the comfort of your own home. Next I will show you Phase 1 of the actual process of culturing Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) / Lactobacillus at home, using only rice-water.
In the next part, we will see how Phases 2 and 3 of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) / Lactobacillus are conducted till we acquire the actual Lactobacillus solution, 2 ways to safely store the living bacteria, and on to how to use the solution for the health of your soil and provide a huge boost to your plants.
